Coordinating the Entire Move

One of the biggest challenges is timing the entire move, particularly when you're simultaneously selling a home in another state. If someone is moving from Denver or California, for example, we may be coordinating the closing of their current home, movers, shipping containers or trucks, possession of the new property, furniture delivery, and utilities — all while trying to determine exactly when they can leave one home and move into the next.

I work with the different parties involved and stay on top of those dates so we can minimize gaps and surprises. For relocation clients, I'm not just helping coordinate a real estate transaction. I'm helping coordinate the move itself.

Coordinating with Your Other Agent

When you’re selling a home in another state, I communicate with the agent handling that sale so I understand your timeline and can coordinate everything happening here in Oklahoma.

Virtual Tours & FaceTime

I’ve helped clients purchase homes without being physically present. I do detailed video or FaceTime walkthroughs so you can see the property and ask questions while I’m there. In competitive markets, I’ve had clients make an offer and secure a home before seeing it in person.

Beyond the Transaction

I help with working with sellers on possession, coordinating moving and furniture delivery, helping with utilities, and making sure the home is ready when you arrive. There are a lot of moving pieces in a relocation.

Earning Your Trust

When clients purchase a home remotely, I understand how much trust they’re placing in me. I pay very close attention to the property and point out things they might not be able to see through a camera.

More Than Houses

Getting to Know Oklahoma

I like to introduce clients to the community, not just show them houses. Depending on where they're considering living, I'll share information about different areas and some of the places I personally enjoy.

For someone considering Midtown Tulsa, that might include restaurants, shopping, and places like the Gathering Place. If they're looking in South Tulsa, I'll introduce them to things in that area. I also work with clients around Grand Lake and can share some of my favorite places there.

It helps someone who has never lived here begin to understand what their everyday life could actually look like in each community.
